Dosing Units

NDU2 and NDU 3 Dosing Unit is made from AISI 304 stainless steel. It has 2 and 3 stage for  preparing of flocculant solution. Dosing unit is standard production with two or three stage and it work automaticaly. Dosing pump can be 0 – 120 lt / hr. to 0 – 500 lt / h. NDU2 and NDU 3 is working automaticaly, it hase a water level control in the last stage of the unit, when the solution level go down, water inlet valve is open and mini helix conveyor is starting to take flocc. in the water. Helix conveyor is working by timer on the control box. to increase and decrease the mass of chemical you have to increase and decrease the time on the timer.
